Session Description:

Learning to code can sometimes be such a static and motionless activity. Unruly Splats are large programmable tiles that help teach young and old students how to code through active, recess-style play! With a block style programming language from a mobile app or web-based app, students can play pre-made activities and then remix and build their own. In this session, I’ll share how I’ve used Unruly Splats with 1st and 2nd graders (but they’re great for all ages) and you’ll have some time to PLAY with Splats on your own!
